Need to lose weight fast plz help?

ok so Im 12 5’4 or 5’3.5inchs i weigh 119pounds my stomach is flat when i stand maybe a bit chubby got some acne problems but w.e when i sit i get a mini muffin top but thats not the problem , the probelm is my legs i bike to much up in the poconos my vacation house and jeez my legs have to much muscle i wouldent dare to wear shorts and skirts with my big calves and thighs my legs got lots of meat and are big bones but my arms are tiny boned weird eh.
But im a bit chubby in my stomache cuz when i suck in the air or make my stomach look smaller u can barely see the bones ( i dont want my bones stick out thats to skinny rofl) and most girls when they suck in gawd its disgusting and you can the bones outline there back my back you cant no bone outline.
I have some internet friends that call me fat there like 5’4 age 15 and weigh 98pounds , ye there idiot internet friends , this may sound a bit rude but i notice that more ppl from south aka like florida and all are like waayyy
super skinny and all which scares me but here up in new york we got some meat i notice for the winter is it me or the weather affect body weight O_o
Cuz like if a person lives down like in florida they dnt need most warmth like us when it comes to winter.
Just tell me what food should i eat how much should i excerise and lose leg muscle

So me and my family are gonna have a reunion and we want to go to the Poconos in PA. There are about 18 of us and we’re having a hard time finding places for us to stay. We don’t want to stay at a hotel because we want a private place where we can all stay together like in a cabin or a Villa. Anybody know of any good places to stay for our big family that will not cost an arm and a leg? We are only going for a 3 day weekend in August.
Upstate NY or Poconos for a Second / Vacation Home?

Given the option to build a small vacation / second home in either upstate NY (Angelica area) or the Poconos in a lake community (Treasure Lake) which would you choose? The NY lot is about 5 Acres and the Pocono land is about a 1/4 Acre. NY is about a 5.5 Hour drive versus 3.5 to the Poconos for us. Thanks for any input.
