I did Blue Mountain early in the season one year, it all depends on weather conditions. They will all open around the same time, but only if the conditions are fitting, your better bets are a little more further north (jack frost/big boulder etc) but you will see all of them open up according to snow making ability around the same times. I cant wait tho!!!!

Most places plan for an early December opening, but no one has posted a date, since it is weather dependent Jack Frost/Big Boulder will have its park open for free on Saturday, November 8. They are having their 2nd annual Dirty Jam. Free food and riding in the park starting at 10. Check out JFBB.com for more info.

The BB park was already “open” when we had that dump last month..but only for one day and one slope. (I got that from the Director of the Ski Patrol candidate program at BB.)
The letter in my hands from my mountain, Ski-Big Bear at Masthope, says we are shooting for December 13.
JF/BB is shooting for the first week of December, according to my sources from their patrol. They may be be open by Thanksgiving, but only a limited number of slopes.
Reliable sources tell me Elk is also aiming for the 13th.
I have no valid info for other hills yet. The chances of a pre-December opening for most places is slim. We need to have some cold nights below 25 before effective snowmaking can take place.
