Ski/snowboard resorts?

Ok, so I am a senior in high school and I live in Colorado. Next year, for college, two of my college options are on the east coast, (Temple U and Monmouth U). Although it might not be the deciding factor, a big factor is the sources I would have to snowboard. What I am wanting to know is what mountains/resorts are near Philly, or North Jersey? I know of Killington,VT, and Whiteface, NY. Can anyone tell me about those mountains or more? What about the Poconos, are they any good? My third option for college would be at Colorado State, where I wouldn’t have a mountain shortage. Thank you so much!
